8 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> August 27, 2018 <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> RUCK 4HIT, Heroes in Transition—Nicole Spencer: <br /> Nicole Spencer of the Heroes in Transition organization met with the Board of Selectmen to request approval <br /> of the Annual Ruck 4HIT 5k scheduled to be held at South Cape Beach on September 30, 2018 from 12:00 <br /> p.m. (setup) with a 4:00 p.m. start. A Temporary Sign Permit Application was also requested for 8 to 12 <br /> directional signs; 18"x24". All signage would be set up and removed on the day of the event. <br /> A certificate of liability insurance was included in the application.
