The aging equipment is used daily by the Office of the <br /> `rmurerTax Collector, the Town Accountant,the Payroll Administrator and the <br /> Assessing Department. The purchase price for each unit is $6,250. <br /> Mr. Ielvecchio indicated the ten-year old MUNIS printers are necessary to the <br /> function of the above referenced departments. The-printers are operating <br /> efficiently to date. However,the equipment is worn and obsolete,and should <br /> replaced by FYI 5. <br /> Remote access—Police ent� 2 .,200; <br /> To advance the technology in the Police Department l r. eivecchio has <br /> requested consideration to purchase Remote Access in six police vehicles. The <br /> purchase price of each unit i $4,200 for a total cost of$25,200. Remote-Access <br /> is licensing softw.=operated by the Toug .boo "s program which provides <br /> immediate access and dissemination of critical apiications and data bases, <br /> It was suggested that Remote Access be f ,nded through the Police Department's <br /> vehicle lease program..
