The agent notified Mr. Vaccaro that the vista corridor was not staked in the field and that needs to be done if the permit is approved. Chairman Fitzsimmons asked for clarification as to the setback from Jehu Pond. Mr Vaccaro and the agent stated that Jehu Pond (Land under Ocean) was further out past the saltmarsh behind the property at 5 Tide Run. Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to Close and Issue 6:06 Michael Reardon Nick Trail) Construct a 10' x 3' addition and rebuild an existing deck in the same footprint. Mr. Cauley described the proposed activities. The agent described the site as 100% developed and there would be no removal of native vegetation for the proposed activities. The project involve the construction of a pier, ramp and float and a parking area on a small parcel unbuildable lot) entirely within o' of wetland resource areas.- The ai ent asked for clarification as to whether or not the flagged trees are to remain or if they were flagged for the purposes of removal. Mr. Vaccaro informed the agent that the flagged trees are remaining. The agent expressed concerns over the proposed footprint of the parting area and the potential effects of vegetation loss within the ' buffer zone to bvw and arltmarh. Chairman Fitzsimmons questioned how far the parcel is located from the owner's home. John Slavinsky (Cape & Islands Engineering) addressed the agent's concerns and offered up a reduction in the originally proposed footprint of the parking area by moving the parking area back by 10 linear feet from the VVIR/ saltmarsh lines. The agent informed Mr. Slavinsky that a new plan reflecting this reduction will be reg u iced. Motion grade, seconded and unanimously carried to Close and Issue 2
