The <br /> agent notified Mr. Vaccaro that the vista corridor was not staked in the field and that needs to be done if <br /> the permit is approved. Chairman Fitzsimmons asked for clarification as to the setback from Jehu Pond. <br /> Mr Vaccaro and the agent stated that Jehu Pond (Land under Ocean) was further out past the saltmarsh <br /> behind the property at 5 Tide Run. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to Close and Issue <br /> 6:06 Michael Reardon Nick Trail) Construct a 10' x 3' addition and rebuild an existing deck in the <br /> same footprint. Mr. Cauley described the <br /> proposed activities. The project involve <br /> the construction of a pier, ramp and float and a parking area on a small parcel unbuildable lot) entirely <br /> within o' of wetland resource areas.- The ai ent asked for clarification as to whether or not the flagged <br /> trees are to remain or if they were flagged for the purposes of removal. Mr. Vaccaro informed the agent <br /> that the flagged trees are remaining. The agent expressed concerns over the proposed footprint of the <br /> parting area and the potential effects of vegetation loss within the ' buffer zone to bvw and arltmarh. <br /> Chairman Fitzsimmons questioned how far the parcel is located from the owner's home. John Slavinsky <br /> (Cape & Islands Engineering) addressed the agent's concerns and offered up a reduction in the originally <br /> proposed footprint of the parking area by moving the parking area back by 10 linear feet from the VVIR/ <br /> saltmarsh lines. The agent informed Mr. Slavinsky that a new plan reflecting this reduction will be <br /> reg u iced. <br /> Motion grade, seconded and unanimously carried to Close and Issue <br /> 2 <br />
