He said this is the Santuit Inn site. Proposed addition would <br /> supplement income during off-season. Two existing curb cuts on 2.8; would move one of them further <br /> south. <br /> • Setback proposing 1' from 28, but need 75' setback. <br /> • Majority of lot still remains undeveloped. <br /> • Septic system would be a denite system.. <br /> • Lot is 90,000 square feet. <br /> Tom F data advised that apartments are illegal •-- not allowed 'in commercial zone* Mike Mendoza <br /> suggested since-apartments are not allowed, Mr. Li ardi-Rivera should go back to his client to advise <br /> 2 major issues-*---- partments not allowed; and setback issue. <br /> Regarding retail portion, Tom Fudala said there is setback issue; parking issues; and would need <br /> storm water Plan.. <br /> f <br /> Joel Clifford said Fire Department needs 360° access around commercial building. The business <br /> could not be sprinkled. Raul said there is probably not enough access to go around. Joel Clifford <br /> said if building sprinkled then Fire Department would look at not having to have 360* access. <br /> Glen Harrington-said there is no septic plan} but does need denite system. <br /> Mike Mendoza said you need to know uses; apartments illegal; identify plowing snow storage. <br />
