Unanimous Vote . <br /> Mr . Ellis suggested advising Mr . Shepard that attempts will <br /> e grade to call the requests� again , if no answer , a call <br /> will be rade to the local pol'lce department to have them go <br /> to the address to see if it exists . <br /> r <br /> Mr . Lund asked if they are supposed to do this to every o nd <br /> including Johns , if they have a tournament? Dr . Gordon <br /> believed they should because they are using a public access <br /> ramp . <br /> Mr . Homeyer felt the Bass clubs are waiting for the rules <br /> and regulations to be put into effect in order to tale it to <br /> court; they have a large "war chest" . <br /> He further advised that the owner of camp Farley has offered <br /> his docs for weigh-ins and Richard Halpern has offered his <br /> Parking facility for these tournaments . If pushed too hard , <br /> they will not even put in for permits , just show up and go to <br /> it <br /> Question was raised whether Town Counsel had ruled on this <br /> matter and Dr . Gordon stated he did not believe Town counsel <br /> has been involved . Mr . Homeyer stated the previous Town <br /> Counsel may well have been as he participated in every <br /> Be l ecce ns ' meeting; this has been an ongoing battle for <br /> about five years . <br /> He will contact Jack Shepard and after that , pending what he <br /> finds out , he and Jim Hants will compose a letter . <br /> Mr . Silver asked if the speed of the boat is the only <br /> concern? Mr . Hor e er advised the residents are complaining <br /> about the noise generated by the speed of the boat and that <br /> they take off two or three at a time . <br /> Mr .
