Bruce McHenry) <br /> Bill Martiros presented a verbal report on his recommendations, <br /> Chairman irsner explained that he could not accept Bill's report as a <br /> sub-committee report since it was based primarily upon his own personal <br /> observations. He was unable, therefore, t o, act upon the observations <br /> made by Bill since they were personal observations. <br /> Discussion by Winnie Woods, a Member of the sub-committee followed. <br /> Mr. Kirsner stated that obviously, bill had made an effort, and Winnie <br /> and Bruce had made an of fort, an asked them if there was any way the <br /> three of them could meet and prepare a report that would be acceptable <br /> and the committee could hien act upon it., <br /> VII OTHER: <br /> 1. Ben bofchie stated that this summer the gate at Wilks Work Road was <br /> not closed; as a resident of the South Cape Beach Estates, he would <br /> like to ask the State to make arrangements to have the gate closed. <br /> Parties have been goi <br />
