I filed the Notice of Intent that has 18 stipulations '. gnat we .have to f o 11ow through just to provide beach nourishment . So . we have 18 stipulations if we ,rant to put sand on the beach to make -it better for the residents . None of that has been noticed in here. If you do not like the way the Commonwealth of Mass . does the Notice of Intent , perhaps your concern should be with - the Notice of Intent Process , We have followed due diligence throughout this , which I have noticed in reading this report , was not followed by the sub-committee. " hm. Kirsner suggested- that - the sub-committee ,review the language they have used in preparing their report , bearing in mind Greg Taylorts viewpoint , and see if it cannot be couched in the appro- priate language so that the interestsof everyone can be served . Mr, Kirsner asked Greg if he could tell him to whom one could go to know exactly what rite of restoration can be dome on that tern beach, Greg suggested True Coxe might be the only one. It is a permit- ting process . The guidelines of the permitting process change constantly. Chin. Kirsner asked that a- motion be rade -that the sub -committee, itn light of the written statement by Mr . Taylor , and the explana- tion give some consideration to the rephrasing of heir report , without losing the significance of their report . Greg Taylor recommended that , Item #2 , Line 5 , of the report should read , 11extra plantin.g of other species tolerant of the site . " Strike "native" . Lance recommended throughout the report to , instead. of using e - pre sloe such as "in the foredune" , we use Forth, East , South and West . Lancels recommendation was over-ruled . Paragraph No . 3 was adopted by the Committee without charge. n Lofchie rade a motion that the remaining articles be deferred for discussion at the next meeting of the committee. Winnie moved that no action be taken on the sub-committee report at this meeting .
