<br /> The appeal to the Building Commissioners decision did not pass.
<br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion to issue a Written Finding to E. Michael and Arlene Sullivan
<br /> of 404 Monomoscoy Road under §174-17 and §174-24 (K) of the Zoning Bylaws to allow
<br /> for construction of a lavatory in a detached garage on property located in an R-3 Zoning
<br /> District, (Map-125 Parcel 256), Mashpee, MA.
<br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written
<br /> Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6.

<br /> no heat in this structure, no bedrooms, no quarters for occupants, and no kitchen
<br /> and to be winterized. This document upon its approval be recorded and submitted
<br /> to this Board.
<br /> Mr. Blaisdell seconded, yes, Mr. Pittsley, yes, Mr. Gould, yes, Mr. Bonvie, no, and Mr.
<br /> Furbush, no.
<br /> The requests for a Written Finding under §174-17 and §174.24 (K) did not pass.
<br /> Mr.Bonvie stated to Chairman Furbush that he would have a different opinion if the facility
<br /> had no shower and only had a toilet and a sink.
<br /> Mr. Sullivan asked the Board if the motion could be resubmitted.
