MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> NOVEMBER 28,2018 <br /> Chairman Furbush asked where the parking is located at the Sandwich location, and how <br /> many cars are there at any length of time. <br /> Kailey said that there is parking in the front of the building and her customers tend to be <br /> about 10 to 15 minutes to drop off and pick up there dogs. <br /> Chainrnan Furbush mentioned that he received a letter from the Conservation Agent <br /> regarding some disturbance at the end of the road. <br /> Attorney Kirrane had a conversation with the developer's attorney of this issue. There isn't <br /> any risk with the Board acting on the permit. Attorney Kirrane will not be closing on the <br /> property until these issues are resolved. <br /> Mr. Blaisdell read the Conservation and Board of Health comments into the record. <br /> Sharon read the Inspection Department comments into the record. <br /> Chairman Furbush read Charles Rowley's comments into the record. <br /> Mr. Blaisdell made a motion to approve 31 Evergreen Circle, Petitioner, Cape Cod Dog <br /> Center, Inc. request for a Special Permit under 174-25 (E) (7) of the Zoning Bylaws to <br /> allow for construction of a 6,376 sq. ft. industrial building to be used as a state of the art <br /> dog daycare and boarding center on property located in an I-1 Zoning District, (Map 19 <br /> Parcel 10-10), Mashpee, MA (Owner of Record: Evergreen Energy, LLC) with the <br /> following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special <br /> Permit under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. <br /> 2.
