MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> NOVEMBER 28, 2018 <br /> 4. Conditioned on all Town Department comments read into the record. <br /> 5. Conditioned on Charles Rowley, Consulting Town Engineer comments into the <br /> record, and his cost estimate $1,050 to be billed by the Town to the petitioner, and <br /> paid by the petitioner. Charles Rowley to review the system drainage plan. <br /> 6. Conditioned on Board of Health approved septic and waste removal system plan. <br /> 7. Conditioned upon submission of a snow removal plan. <br /> 8. Conditioned that there are no overnight employees. <br /> 9. Conditioned upon reducing the 8 ft. buffer on Evergreen Circle. <br /> 10. Conditioned upon drop-off and pick-up signs for parking in the front only. The <br /> front parking is temporary, and a sign to be placed in each parking slot to indicate <br /> it is temporary parking only, and that the Zoning Board of Appeals recognizes the <br /> official parking requirements are met at the rear of the building. <br /> 11. Conditioned that the Board recognizes that this project is in construction phases. <br /> Mr. Gould seconded. Ms. Sangeleer, yes, Mr. Pittsley, yes, Mr. Gould, yes, Mr. Blaisdell, <br /> yes, and Mr. Furbush, yes. All were in favor of issuing a Special Permit to the Cape Cod <br /> Dog Center. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> Informal Request: <br /> 122 Red Brook Road: Jessica Sommer, Esquire with DKM&G requests an informal <br /> meeting to discuss the allowed use of the property and possible application for a special <br /> permit for a horse farm. (Note: this is a second informal request). <br /> Attorney Kevin Kirrane represented the informal request assisting Jessica who had been <br /> before the Board at a previous meeting to discuss the subject facility. She discussed the <br /> prospective use and some construction of the facility, and converting a portion of the barn <br /> facility for house riding and stables. The Board had requested a business plan as part of the <br /> process. Also present was Brian Lewis,the new owner of the property who has a business <br /> plan, and a site and floor plan. <br /> 15 <br />
