Mitigation will be necessary due to bottom displacement of the proposed pilings. Formal mitigation documents will be sent to the Commission and property owner at a later date. The Agent reviewed the mitigation process. He noted he would defer to Chapter 91 regarding the preferred form of access for the public. He noted on Mr. Tavares’s NOI project narrative, there are inconsistencies and that it needs to be revised to reflect the entirety of this project and its location. He stated the proposal involves the upgrading of a sub-standard cesspool type septic system to a Title 5 septic system with added UV treatment. He outlined the project on the plan provided. He stated he will be attending the Board of Health meeting following the Conservation Commission meeting for approval. The Agent reviewed the Board of Health comments which stated the installation is on the Board of Health agenda for variance relief on October 11.
