Mike Ball, Marsh Matters Environmental, represented the applicants. He explained the <br />project consists of the construction of a single-family residence four-bedroom dwelling with <br />garage, paved driveway, sewage system, utilities, minor grading and landscaping including <br />1,000 square feet of lawn area. He noted the existing condition and the wetland resource <br />areas on the plan. The lawn area will be adhered to the conservation lawn standards <br />There will be no alternation to any vegetated areas of the inner riparian zone. He stated <br />the project meets the performance standards. <br /> <br />The Agent showed the lot on photos. He asked about the hillside and is there a retaining <br />wall proposed and what is the degree of the slope. Mr. Ball felt the slope will come down <br />to its natural slope and the applicant will be fine if there is a condition to stabilize the slope <br />if necessary. He noted on the plan there is delineations from bordering vegetated wetland. <br />He said the project meets the performance standards. The Agent reviewed the comments <br />from the Board of Health that the lot is not in Zone II and the plans are under review for a <br />conventional Title V system to accommodate a proposed four-bedroom dwelling. He noted <br />DPW will require a curb cut permit. <br /> <br />No comment from the public <br /> <br />Motion: Mr. Sweet moved to Close and Issue, seconded by Mr. O’Neill. Vote <br />unanimous 4-0 <br /> <br />6:09 Paul J. & Katherine D. McBrien, 91 Bayshore Drive. Proposed Amendment of <br />OOC 43-2851 modification of building footprint, removal of pool and patio. AOOC <br /> <br />Resource Area; Coastal Bank, Salt Marsh, LSCSF <br /> <br />Mike Ball, Marsh Matters Environmental, represented the applicants. He explained the <br />applicants are requesting amendment to the Order of Condition issued on February 18, <br />2016. The order approved the construction of a single family, four-bedroom residence on <br />a .41 acre lot. He noted the building footprint has been modified, the proposed pool <br />removed from the planned project and a deck added, and the land contours have been <br />revised. <br /> <br />The Agent showed the general area of the lot on photos provided. He said the coastal <br />bank is a vertical buffer for storm surges and wildlife habitat. He said this is an <br />amendment request to reduce the footprint by eliminating the pool and patio along with <br />some minor landscape changes. He reviewed the Board of Health comments that the <br />project is in Zone II and the plans are under review for a conventional Title V system to <br />accommodate a proposed four-bedroom dwelling. He said it meets the performance <br />standards. <br /> <br />No public <br /> <br />Motion: Mr. Sweet moved to approve the Amended Order of Conditions, seconded <br />by Mr. O’Neill.
