Motion: Mr. Sweet moved that the Conservation Commission vote to approve and accept <br />the Conservation Restriction from Mashpee Commons Limited Partnership pursuant to <br />Chapter 184, Section 32 and Chapter 40, Section 8(C) of the Massachusetts General Laws <br />and do hereby accept the Conservation Restriction. Seconded by Mr. Shaw. Roll Call Vote: <br />Mr. Shaw, yes; Mr. O’Neil, yes; Mr. McKay, yes; Mr. Shaw, yes. Vote unanimous 4-0 <br /> <br />HEARINGS: <br /> <br />6:00 C. Gerard Drucker, 202 Waterway. Proposed septic system upgrade. RDA <br /> <br />Resource Area: Buffer Zone to Coastal Bank <br /> <br />Terrie Hayes, Punkhorn Services, represented the applicant. He described the proposed project is <br />to upgrade the existing system to a new Title 5 septic system due to the fact the current system is <br />in failure. The site is in the FEMA Flood zone. He said the current septic system is located in the <br />front of the dwelling and the new system will also be located in the front and all components are <br />beyond the 100’ buffer to the resource area. He noted the rhododendrons will be removed as well <br />as two trees. <br /> <br />The Agent showed images of the site on photos provided and noted the Board of Health has <br />nothing on file for this project and stated an application has to be filed with the Board of Health. <br /> <br />No comments from the public <br /> <br />It was noted there is a ribbon marking a tree in the front of the house and the Agent stated he <br />would notify the homeowner to have the ribbon taken off so the tree is not removed. <br /> <br />Motion: Mr. Sweet moved a Negative Determination, seconded by Mr. Shaw. Vote <br />unanimous 4-0 <br /> <br />6:03 Christopher P. Habib and Mark Doran, LLC, 438 Quinaquisset Avenue. Proposed <br />septic system upgrade and associated hardscaping and landscaping NOI <br /> <br />Motion: Mr. Sweet moved at the request of the applicant to continue the hearing to June 14, <br />2016 @ 6:24 p.m., seconded by Mr. Shaw. Vote unanimous 4-0 <br /> <br /> <br />6:06 Popponesset Island, LLC, 70 Popponesset Island, LLC, 70 Popponesset Island, LLC, <br />70 Popponesset Island Road. Proposed addiction of floats and pilings to existing dock, <br />dredging. <br /> <br />Motion: Mr. Sweet moved at the request of the applicant to continue the hearing to June 14, <br />2018 at 6:21 p.m., seconded by Mr. Shaw. Vote unanimous 4-0 <br /> <br />6:09 Julieann E. Rainville, 19 Keel Way, Proposed hardscaping and landscaping <br />modifications. RDA <br /> <br />Resource Area: LSCSF, Buffer Zone to BVW, Great River <br /> <br />Julieann Rainville, homeowner, explained the proposed project is to bring a natural landscape to <br />the front of the house. She described they want to reduce the hardscape and replace it with <br />plants, bushes, trees and grass. She noted on photos the plan to replace the “U” shape driveway <br /> <br />
