The <br /> condominium association has no problem with the use of the space and Mr. Morra noted that the owner of <br /> units7-12 and 3 and 2 has no concern about the usage. Mr. Fudala pointed out that the Sign Design Review has <br /> approved a different location for the sign than the Planning Board in Condition 2. Ilrir. Rowley suggested than <br /> the sign should be located over the acmes door. Planning Board members were in agreement that the change be <br /> made and Mr. Fudla revised the condition so that the sign may be located over the pass door. it was noted that <br /> Tait 6 has a sign placed in the wrong location and Mr. Fudala suggested that the permit be modified so that any <br /> unit signage could be placed above the pass door <br /> MOTION: f ir.
