Board members were in agreement with the <br /> Chair. <br /> All voted unanimously. <br /> BOARD ITEMS <br /> Chairman's Report-Chairman Waygan announced that Town Meeting wijl take place at 7:00 <br /> p.m. on Monday, May 2 at Mashpee High School. The Warrant appeared in the Enterprise this <br /> week. In addition, the Chair announced that Town Elections would be held on May 7 with <br /> voting occurring at the Quashnet School. <br /> The Cham-announced that the April 20 meeting had been candled to limited agenda items and <br /> the unavailability of some members of the Board. <br /> Reports <br /> Selectmen Liaison-SelRichardson reported that Peter white has been working on <br /> revolving fund and investigating whether or not the Housing Authority would be <br /> Willing to manage the fund, however, more details were necessary. Selectman <br /> Richardson indicated that the fund was a good idea but that the details mast be addressed. <br /> Petition Article has been submitted. Seleaman Richardson announced that families <br /> have moved into two of the Habitat for Humanity homes and than another opening-would <br /> ould <br /> occur on Sunday. Training at the fibrary-was continuing and a process was being <br /> considered for the acceptance of used books. Mashpee Cares has been worlang to <br /> d dress such issues as alcohol abuse and bullying and has been working to involve kids. <br /> Selectman Richardson stated that the budget has been balanced. Selectman Richardson <br /> announced that the Board of Selectmen has voted to change the very the recycling options <br /> would appear on the ballot at Town Mwfing. Five residents were running for the two <br /> available Selectmen's seats and a Candidates' Dight has been scheduled. Regarding <br /> Ocean 1 ianagement, Selectman Richardson referenced the DCPC policy <br /> recommendations for offshore turbines and announced that the aquaculture grant has <br /> been approved by the Board of Selectmen. <br />
