MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> DECEMBER 12,2018 <br /> Mr. Mendoza said if noise complaints are submitted by the abutting businesses, they will <br /> need to return to the Zoning Board. <br /> Mr. Blaisdell read the Conservation comments into the record.No wetlands jurisdiction. <br /> Mr. Furbush read the Inspection Department comments into the record. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion to issue a Special Permit to Katarina Kumbatiadis under §174- <br /> 25 E (7) of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for a dog grooming and dog day care business on <br /> property located in C2 Zoning District, (Map 72 Parcel 23), Mashpee, MA, (Owner of <br /> record: Brickyard Marketplace Nominee Trust). <br /> The Board finds that the applicant meets all conditions under Chapter 40A Section 9, and <br /> is also conditioned upon the following; <br /> 1. No overnight boarding. <br /> 2. No more than five (5) dogs on any given day, at any given time in the daycare. <br /> 3. Conditioned on all Town Department comments read into the record. <br /> Mr. Gould second. <br /> All were in favor of the dog daycare and grooming business. <br /> 78 Buccaneer Way: Owners, William Whitlock & Aimee Southworth request a Special <br /> Permit under §174-25.1.9 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction of a timber pier, <br /> ramp,and float on property located in an R-3 Zoning District,(Map 90 Parcel 6),Mashpee, <br /> MA. <br /> Mr. Michael Borselli; with Falmouth Engineering represented the applicant for a dock that <br /> abuts the.Mashpee River. The property is just over 22,000 sq. ft. of land, with a single- <br /> family dwelling centered on the property. The property slops toward the coastal bank and <br /> salt marsh of the Mashpee River. He reviewed the site plan that depicted the elevated <br /> walkway, which provides for public access underneath. The Conservation Commission <br /> approved the project and issued an order of conditions. The overall length of the walkway <br /> to the end of the float is 80 ft. and required a filing with ZBA because it's in excess of 70 <br /> ft. <br /> Mr. Blaisdell read the Conservation Department comments into the record. Mr. Furbush <br /> read the Inspection Department comments into the record. Mr. Goldstein read the Board of <br /> Health comment into the record. There were no comments from the audience, and no more <br /> comments from the Board. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion to issue a Special Permit for a dock to be located at 78 <br /> Buccaneer Way with the following conditions; <br /> 1.
