Lippman requests a Special Permit under §174- <br /> 45.4 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for an accessory apartment on property located in an <br /> R-5 Zoning District, (Map 41 Parcel 57), Mashpee, MA. <br /> Mr.Furbush announced that the four regular Board members will be sitting on this hearing. <br /> Mr. Robert Lippman, the homeowner requests a Special Permit to legalize his accessory <br /> apartment. He provided a drawing of the apartment in the basement. The previous owner <br /> never got this apartment approved. He believes the size of the apartment is 700 sq. ft. <br /> Mr. Furbush said he needs a lot more information. He quoted the list of requirements under <br /> the bylaw. <br /> The Board wants Mr. Lippman to provide a floor plan for the whole house, and write in <br /> the dimensions, and provide a site plan showing the parking. <br /> Mr. Goldstein read the Board of Health comments into the record. Mr. Blaisdell read the <br /> DPW Director comment into the record. <br /> Mr. Mendoza recommend that the applicant set up an appointment to meet with him and <br /> address all the issues that the Board and the DPW has raised. <br /> 8 <br />
