He stated the <br /> proposed project consists of removing the existing wooden landing and stairs in the back <br /> of the residence and the construction and maintenance of a new deck with landing and <br /> stairs along with the installation of drywells. The project also includes proposed vista <br /> pruning, grading and landscaping in accordance with the Conservation Rules and <br /> Regulations. The vista corridor will not be removing trees but will provide controlled <br /> pruning. All ground disturbances will be kept to a minimum and restored upon completion <br /> of the project. He reviewed the project on the plan provided and noted the project meets <br /> the performance standards. <br /> The Agent reviewed the photos and noted where the proposed vista pruning will take <br /> place. The vista pruning will be conditioned to vista pruning protocol under regulation 29. <br /> Public Comment— None <br /> Motion: Mr. O'Neill moved to Close and Issue, Mr. Cook seconded the motion. He described the <br /> proposed project includes the expansion of the existing garage, construction of a porch <br /> and patio and the installation of mitigation plantings to enhance the vegetated buffer. No <br /> work is proposed within a wetland resource area. He noted the project meets the <br /> performance standards. <br /> The Agent asked about the areas between the proposed mitigation and the patio and is it <br /> to be assumed nothing is happening there. Mr. Borselli stated nothing except for the <br /> elevated walkway and that the applicant has no intention of having a lawn in that area. <br /> The Agent showed the photos of the site noting the areas of sand, dirt, mulch and some <br />
