There was a discussion on the surface of the patio <br /> and a requirement that the patio be pervious be a condition of the permit. <br /> No comment from the public <br /> Motion: Mr. O'Neill moved to Close and Issue with the conditions that the patio be <br /> pervious and that the lawn not be expanded as discussed. Proposed vista pruning. <br /> NOI <br /> Resource Area: Inland Bank <br /> John Kabat, homeowner, explained he was requesting a vista pruning on his property in <br /> order to see the water. He noted the area for the vista pruning on the plan providing. The <br /> Agent stated all of the conditions for vista pruning and the time of year restrictions will be <br /> part of this application. He stated we always require a site visit for the first two years. <br /> No comment from the public <br /> Motion: Mr. O'Neill moved to Close and Issue, seconded by Mr. Cook. Vote <br /> unanimous <br /> 6:09 Southworth Willowbend, LLC, 100 Willowbend Drive. Proposed aquatic <br /> vegetative management in Willowbend Pond located at North Glen Drive. At request <br /> of applicant,continued from 1011'112018 RDA <br /> Resource Area: Land Under Waterbodies and Waterways, Lined Pond <br /> Matt Salem, Solitude Lake Management, represented the applicant. He was proposing the <br /> implementation of an Aquatic Vegetation Management Program for the control of <br /> problematic densities of submerged vegetation and algae. The previous permit has <br /> expired. The program will consist of the monitoring and the application of aquatic <br /> herbicides and algaecides. He noted the pond is a small lined manmade condominium <br /> pond. The Program will consist of regular monthly site visits and monitoring. <br /> The Agent noted the pond on the GIS snap shot and stated it is a lined pond and noted <br /> this has been previously approved but the permit has expired. <br /> No comment from the public <br /> Motion: Mr. Cook moved a Negative Determination, seconded by Mr. O'Neill. Vote <br /> 4-0 <br /> 6:12 Wayne F. & Susan E. Simmons, 105 Monomoscoy Road West. Proposed <br /> installation of privacy fence. RDA <br />
