He noted the application also has been filed with DEP. The limit of work will <br /> be maintained throughout construction. <br /> The Agent reviewed the lot on the plan and stated this is an undeveloped lot and the <br /> house will be within the outer riparian and the work limit is set and meets the standards for <br /> riverfront. He also showed pictures of the area and noted the landscaping is not shown on <br /> the plan. Mr. Corsi noted if approved following the construction of the house he will submit <br /> the landscaping plan. He also stated he will be talking with his neighbor about working <br /> with the him on sloping down their land into his land. The Agent requested that the work <br /> limit be staked out and to obtain a letter from the abutter that you will be doing some work <br /> on their property. The Agent stated Board of Health has reviewed and approved the plan <br /> on September 9 for a 3-bedroom dwelling. He noted the <br /> hearing was continued from 11115 and he has submitted revised plans. He said at the last <br /> hearing there were discussions on mitigation. He reviewed the plan and noted the 50-foot <br /> buffer and the 100-foot buffer. He noted the difference.is they pulled in the limit of work <br /> out of the 100-foot buffer and are proposing some regrading and natural grasses as <br /> mitigation to stabilize the slope. He also showed the landscape areas and the change of <br /> grading along the driveway. He stated the project meets the performance standards and <br /> will not adversely impact any wetland resources. <br /> The Agent stated this is a good accommodation for what the concerns were. There were <br /> some concerns of the slope driveway runoff and that has been addressed. The <br /> hardscaping and landscaping have been shown and meets the concerns and supplies <br />
