He said he has <br /> submitted a revised plan and a revised scope. What they have done is put on pause the <br /> wetland restoration so they can complete the habitat evaluation in the spring. They are <br /> only seeking permission to build the house and referred to the revised plans. He will be <br /> requesting to continue the hearing for number 161 Old Barnstable Road until next May and <br /> amend the order of conditions to include any of the wetland restoration. The project has <br /> been revised to eliminate the work within the 50-foot buffer and the wetland restoration. <br /> He reviewed the plan and noted the isolated wetland and the 50-foot buffer. They are <br /> proposing a shared driveway and a planted berm to capture the water that comes off the <br /> driveway. He noted the proposed native plantings and the lawn areas and foundation <br /> plantings. He also noted the limit of work and showed an area that will be replanted with <br /> native plantings. They will be removing the pavement which is the cart path. There is an <br /> easement the golf course has which is manicured and they are not proposing any work in <br /> this area. The project meets the performance standards. <br /> The Agent stated the reason the wetland restoration is being continued to April is the <br /> regulation requires a wildlife evaluation study which will be done in April or May. <br /> No comment from the public <br /> Motion: Mr. Smith moved to Close and Issue, seconded by Mr. Dalton. They are proposing some native plantings to extend the buffer and <br /> showed the areas that will be mulched. They located the septic system outside of the 100- <br /> foot buffer and area proposing drywells to capture the runoff. The project meets all of the <br /> performance standards. <br />
