The Director reviewed the meetings she attended which included COAST, Staff, <br /> Department Head Affirmative Action Committee, Mashpee Human Services, and she <br /> met with staff from the VNA of Cape Cod to identify several new programs to be <br /> conducted by the VNA for Mashpee Seniors; <br /> The Director noted the Annual Memorandum of Understanding with Elder Services of <br /> Cape Cod to conduct the nutrition program at the senior center was signed and the <br /> company who publishes the Council on Aging monthly newsletter will publish it again <br /> next year. <br /> The Director reviewed her goals were to do the end of year review of FY 2018 operating <br /> budget, plan summer programs and activities, continue to plan for outreach personnel <br /> change. <br /> Motion: Jean Noussee moved to accept the Director's report, seconded by <br /> Virginia McIntyre. Vote 5-0 unanimous <br /> Treasurer's Report . <br /> The Director distributed the Treasurer's Report for the month of May and reviewed the <br /> numbers with the members. <br /> Motion: Mary Gaffney moved to accept the Treasurer's Report, seconded by <br /> Virginia McIntyre. Vote unanimous 5-0 <br /> Outreach Coordinator's Report <br /> The Outreach Coordinator distributed her report for the month of May. She reviewed <br /> the home visits and office appointments for the month. She noted the fuel assistance <br /> applications and recertifications will resume in the summer for 2018-2019 season. She <br /> met with the Domestic Violence Officer from the Mashpee Police Department and the <br /> Reaching Seniors Team and is meeting monthly with volunteers, The Brown Bag <br /> Program continues to serve Mashpee Seniors and Mashpee residents who turned 90+ <br /> received flowers delivered by volunteers. <br /> The Outreach Coordinator reviewed the meetings she attended which included meeting <br /> with Reaching Seniors Team, Elder Services of Cape Cod and the Islands Annual <br /> Meeting and the CUA Outreach Meeting. <br /> Motion: Jean Noussee moved to accept the Outreach Coordinator's Report, <br /> seconded by Norah McCormick. Vote 5-0 unanimous <br />
