Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> February 10, 199+7 <br /> NEW BUSI <br /> Request for QQn <br /> Correspondence was received from Robert Cram, Ch ' man of the <br /> Board of Health requesting the Board appropriate funds for the review <br /> of ugat's proposed remediation plan and design. <br /> The sum of$2,500 will provide consulting services for the evaluation <br /> proposal noted lir. Cram. <br /> It was noted that the Board does not have sufficient funds to address <br /> this matter. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Dinizio to support the request <br /> f the ward of Health to address the Augat cleanup and <br /> design proposal, and forward the request to the Finance <br /> Committee for consideration as an Emergency Reserve Fund <br /> Transfer. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Frye. <br /> Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Selectman Caffyn recommended the Board appropriate funds for the <br /> services of Woodard&Cunan to study the J. Braden Thompson plume. <br /> The sura o $1,500 is requested for this purpose. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Gaff n to support the study of <br /> the I Braden Thompson plume, and forward the request to <br /> the Finance Committee for consideration as an Emergency <br /> Reserve Fund Transfer. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman l arst rs. <br /> Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> LD BUSINESS <br /> Approval of Town Museum A greeme t; <br /> Motion made by Selectman Frye to approve the Memorandum <br /> of Agreement for the operation of the Mashpee Wampanoag <br /> Indian Museum on this date, effective until June 30, 1997. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> Unanimous. 5-0. <br />
