He stated the project is to <br /> upgrade the subsurface sewage disposal system to title V regulations. The project has <br /> also been filed with the Board of Health for variances The Board of Health made two <br /> minor changes. <br /> The Agent noted the area on photos.- He read the Board of Health comments and <br /> recommended a Negative Determination. <br /> No comments from the public <br /> Motion: Mr. McKay moved a negative determination, second by Mr. Smith. Dote <br /> unanimous 4-0 <br />
