i <br /> Motion: Mr. McKay roved to approve the Amended order of Conditions, <br /> seconded by Mr. Smith. Vote unanimous -o <br /> 6:15 Russell J. and Anne E. spencer, 29 Riverside Road. Proposed <br /> additions to existing cottage and elevation of cottage and placement on <br /> neer foundation. RISA <br /> Resource Area; salt Marsh, BVW, LSCSF, Little River <br /> Tota Bunker, BSc Design, represented the applicants. He explained the <br /> proposed project is to raise an existing two bedroom cottage and place on a new <br /> foundation with the floor at elevation 12. An addition on the west side will be built <br /> on a foundation and an addition to the cottage and a deck will he built on piers. <br /> The existing septic will be used and no new bedrooms will be added. He noted <br /> the structure lies within the flood zone. The Agent showed-some visuals of the <br /> property and noted there is a small holly tree and 2 small oaks that will be <br /> coning down. All work is being proposed within the LSCSF outside of the loo' <br /> from the BVVV. The remaining vegetation on the lot meets the standards for a lot <br /> that size. The Agent read the Board of Health comments that no increase in <br /> bedrooms proposed and a septic inspection was performed and passed. He <br /> recommended a Negative Determination. <br /> Comments from the public <br /> Carl Oliver, abutter, stated he met with the applicant on the setback.and they <br /> came to an agreement. <br /> Motion: Mr. shaver moved a Negative Determination, seconded by Mr. <br /> McKay. Vote unanimous 6-0 <br /> 6:18 Colonial Gas Company (Applicant), 13 Lake Avenue Proposed gas <br /> main extension. Owner of record: Lake Avenue Holdings, LLC RDA <br /> Resource Area: Buffer Zone to BVW, Inland Bank, R ive rf ro nt <br /> Amanda Crouch-Smith, Tighe & Bond, represented the applicant. She reported <br /> the proposed work involves extending an existing underground gas line within <br /> Main Street westward for approximately 650 if to Labe Avenue and installing <br /> approximately 400 If of a gas service litre northward to the business at 13 Lake <br /> Avenue. The Agent showed photos of the area and recommended a Negative <br /> Determination. <br /> No comments from the public <br />
