Vote unanimous. 6-0 <br /> 6:21 colonial Gas company (Applicant), 43 Sakonnet Drive, Proposed gas <br /> ruin extension. Owner of record: Douglas A. Semple, et al Trustees. RDA <br /> Resource Area: Isolated Vegetated Wetland, Inland Bank, LSCSF <br /> Amanda Crouch-Smith, Tighe & Pond, represented the applicant. She stated the <br /> proposed work involves extending the existing main within sa amore Road <br /> approximately 70 feet to install a service line to the residence at 43 Sakonnet <br /> Drive.- The construction of the new main will require the excavation of a two foot <br /> wide trench to safely install the underground gas main and upon completion the <br /> site will be restored to its pre-existing condition. The Agent said he had no <br /> additional comments and recommended a Negative Determination. <br /> No comments from the public <br /> Motion: lair. McKay moved a Negative Determination, seconded by Mr. <br /> Shaw. Vote unanimous 6-0 <br /> 6:24 colonial Gas company (Applicant). 91 and 94 seconsett Point Road* <br /> Proposed gas main extension. onvrer of record:Joel A. Kanter. ICDA <br /> Resource Area: salt Marsh, coastal Bank, coastal Dune, LSCSF <br /> Amanda Crouch-Smith, Tighe & Pond, represented the applicant. She explained <br /> the proposed work involves extending the existing-underground gas line within <br /> econ sett Point Road to install gas service lines to the residences at 91 and 94 <br /> econsett Point Road. The construction of the new main will require the <br /> excavation of a two foot wide trench and upon completion of the work the site will <br /> he restored to pre-existing condition.
