` tl <br /> 1 <br /> 6:0Stephen F. and Mary Ellen Brunelle, 9 Uncle Edwards Road. Proposed septic <br /> system upgrade. Rescheduled from 219/2017 due to blizzard/meeting cancellation. <br /> RDA <br /> Resource Area: LscsF <br /> Peter McEntee, Engineering Works, represented the applicant. He stated the proposed <br /> project is to remove the existing septic tank and pumping and filling it or removing the <br /> existing leach pit. A-new Title V septic system will be installed. The areas that are <br /> disturbed will be restored with loam and seed. The Agent described the existing lot on , <br /> the plans provided and noted no existing natural vegetation will be removed. He also <br /> noted Board of Health has approved the septic system for a 4 bedroom hone. <br /> No comments from the public <br /> Motion: Mr. McKay moved a Negative Determination, seconded by Mr. Shaw. <br /> Vote unanimous -o <br /> 6:09 Bruce T. and Luann M. croft, 19 Waterline North Drive. proposed expansion <br /> of existing garage and relocation of driveway. Rescheduled from 21912017 due to <br /> blizzard/meeting cancellation. RDA <br /> Resource Area: LSCSF, Buffer Zone to coastal Bank <br /> Tern Bunker, BSS Design, represented the applicant. He explained the project is to <br /> expand the garage on the inland side of the house and relocate the driveway. Four <br /> trees will be removed that are close to the house and no work will occur within 100 feet <br /> of the vegetated wetland: The Agent acted the top of the coastal bank on photos <br /> provided and showed a photo of the trees to be removed which are in close proximity to <br /> the garage. The lot abuts a waterbody which is in the flood zone and the project <br /> complies with Regulation 25, The Board of Health commented the property i_s not in <br /> zone II and no application is necessary. <br /> No comment from the public. <br /> Motion: Mr. McKay moved for a Negative Determination, seconded by Mr. Shaw. <br /> Vote unanimous. 5-0 <br /> 6:12 Sassoon-S. and Evelyn l hazzarn, 27 ocean Bluff' Drive. Proposed <br /> replacement of existing decks with one expanded deck and installation of <br /> mitigation plantings. Rescheduled from 2/912017 due to blizzard/meeting <br /> cancellation. Nol <br /> Resource Area: Buffer Zone, to Coastal Bank and coastal Dune and coastal <br /> Beach <br /> Craig Ferrari, Down Cape Engineering, represented the applicants. He explained the <br /> proposed project i to build a lamer deck in place of two smaller decks and are <br /> proposing some dune restoration by planting beach grass, <br />
