The Agent stated the existing wall is dilapidated and in need of repair to address <br /> erosions issues. He stated this request was also filed with the <br /> Massachusetts Natural Heritage and Endangered species Program because the <br /> project location is within estimated habitat of rare wildlife. The work limits have been <br /> expanded to accommodate the revised construction footprint and the lawn area <br /> remains the same. <br /> The Agent noted there is no disturbance to inner riparian zone associated with the <br /> Quashnet fiver. The Board of Health plan has been approved for a Title V for a 4 <br /> bedroom home. He stated any naturally vegetated areas is to remain with the outer <br /> riparian.zone must be clearly flagged/identified on the lot prior to construction and- <br /> verified by the Agent. The proposed lawn area must adhere to lawn standards along <br /> with proof of seed type.
