Proposed construction of <br /> two-car garage and retaining wall, landscape improvements, removal of existing <br /> deck, removal/replacement of four pilings. continued from 618117—Agent <br /> discovered wetlands violations NO] <br /> Resource Area: Land subject to-coastal Storm Flowage, salt Marsh, Land under <br /> Ocean, coastal Banka BV <br /> Matt costa, cape and Island Engineering, represented the applicant. He stated the <br /> project is to replace the pilings on the dock and construct ars addition on the house with <br /> a garage. This was continued because it was discovered there was some recent cutting <br /> on the bank. They are proposing to replant an area of the coastal bank and they want to <br /> clean out the debris to bring it back to its natural state. They are proposing mitigation <br /> plantings within the limit of work to further protect the bank. A couple of trees will need <br /> to be removed for the propose garage addition. The project meets the performance <br /> standards and has been reviewed by the Board of.Health and they have no problems. <br /> The Agent noted on the photos the general area of the proposed garage and the trees to <br /> be removed. He shoved the top of the bark, transitioning into salt ,Harsh and the dock. <br /> He recommended that the commissioners condition the project that the mitigation has to <br /> be implemented before the garage construction proceeds which has to be to the <br /> satisfaction of the Commission. The project meets all of the performance standards. <br /> There was a question as,to whether or not the float was encapsulated. Mr. Costa would <br /> check on this. <br /> No comments from thepublic <br /> Motion: Mr. McKay mowed to close and Issue, second by lir. Shaw, vote <br /> Unanimous 4-0 <br /> 03 Steve and Diana Brown, 46 Pond circle. Proposed repair of existing dock. <br /> RISA <br /> Resource Area: Land Under WaterbodiesMaterways, Inland Bank, John's Pond <br /> Steve Brown, homeowner, stated they have an existing dock and would like to replace it. <br /> The Agent said the existing dock needs to be replaced with a ,minor shift in location due <br /> to access issues. The Agent informed Mr. Brown that the property address needs to be <br /> displayed. <br /> No comments from the public. <br /> Motion: Mr. McKay roved a Negative Determination, seconded by lir. shag. <br /> Vote unanimous 4-0 <br /> 6:0Robert J. sharkansky, et al Trustees, 14 Wheelhouse Lane. Proposed <br /> reposition of existing float to prevent grounding and improve boat access. RISA <br /> y <br /> Resource Area: LSCSF .a, nd Under ocean <br />
