Mark Burtis, Little Diver Boat lard, represented the applicants. He explained the <br /> proposed project is to replace float perpendicular to the shore to prevent grounding and <br /> for better boat access. The dock is licensed under DEP 43-5038. They want to get rid <br /> of the wooden gangway and replace it with an aluminum one. The float needs to be <br /> totally rebuilt in the sane footprint. They are not increasing any pilings they are not <br /> increasing any square footage on the dock. The only thing they are doing is lengthening <br /> the gangway so it does not ground out into deeper waters. The float is 8 by 14. [Dark <br /> Burtis confirmed signage (property address displayed) will be affixed to the float. <br /> No comment from the public <br /> Motion: Mr. McKay mowed a Negative.Determination, seconded by 11l'Ir. Shaw. <br /> Vote unanimous 4-0 <br /> 6:09 Robert H. and Maura B. Wittsteina 55 Monahansett Road. Proposed <br /> expansion of existing dwelling with additions. FBA <br /> Resource Area: LSCS F, buffer zone to BVW and freshwater wetland <br /> Peter McEntee, Engineering Works, represented the applicant. He explained the <br /> proposed project is to add on a second floor to the existing dwell.ing, a 2 by 14 addition <br /> on the back of the house with no disturbance to the ground, a 4 by 12 foundation to be <br /> added to the front of the house and the addition of a porch existing to the width of the <br /> existing building. Also a full foundation is being proposed under the east end of the <br /> house which is currently supported on sonotubes which will not require zoning approval <br /> but a building permit and.Board of Health approval. <br /> The Agent suggested a condition for erosion control silt fencing. He reviewed the site <br /> conditions with Dean's Pond. All of the work is contained within the existing footprint <br /> with no impact to the ground. Board of Health commented the property is in Zone <br /> restricted to three bedrooms and no application or review is necessary. <br /> No comment from the public <br /> Motion: Mr. Shaw moved for a Negative Determination, seconded by Mr. McKay. <br /> Dote 4-0 unanimous ' . <br /> 6:12 Mark. J. Mathis, 47 Core Road. Proposed construction of single-family <br /> dowelling and septic system. Nol <br /> Resource Area: Buffer Zone to Inland Bank Land lender waterbodies[wateruways, <br /> Pimlico Fond <br /> Y Mike Borsellli, Pannouth Engineering, represented the applicant. The proposed, project <br /> includes the construction of a single family dwelling, driveway, septic systema and <br /> associated clearing, grading and landscaping. The construction will be within the buffer <br /> zone. He noted trees will need to be removed since the lot is heavily wooded. The limit <br /> of work will be installed before the commencement of work, access will be from Cove <br /> Road. The septic system will be installed as well as dry ells and loam and seed <br /> landscape will stabilize all of the disturbed areas.. He stated all of the work meets the <br /> s <br />
