Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes 10 <br /> December 15, 1997 <br /> APEQM���S AND S: <br /> PHonn - e r 1 - (continued) <br /> Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> • Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to approve the closure request <br /> of the Flume Restaurant from December 1, 1997 until March 31, 1998 <br /> for repairs and renovations. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Din.izio. <br /> Y-Q-T-,E-: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Did Nelson-Bas and Girls Clues <br /> Dick Felson of the Boys and Girls Club of Mashpee was present to <br /> update the Board and request support to construct a facility for the <br /> youth of Cape Cod. <br /> The Boys and Girls Club is a non-profit organization dedicated to provide <br /> programs for today's youth in a safe environment and to encourage their <br /> development into tomorrow's productive citizens informed Mr. Nelson. <br /> The towns of Mashpee,Falmouth,Bourne, Sandwich and Barnstable are <br /> intended to be served by the program.
