22 Steeple street coati n ue <br /> [discussion <br /> ,Jonathan Furbush asked about supports to hold the solar panels. John Connell <br /> said there is one support in the middle, but there are also other supports around <br /> the structure. <br /> Both Mike Mendoza and Jonathan Furbush voiced concern about snow and <br /> winds on the cape. John Connell said they addressed this issue with the <br /> structure design company, as well as stormwater issue. Mr. Connell said the <br /> stormwater will go to the pre-existing stormwater system. Mr. Connell said there <br /> are three major national canopy providers; and they chose the one that is the <br /> hest one to be responsive to our needs on the cape. <br /> Design Review members asked about colors to be used at the edges. John <br /> Connell said Mashpee Commons will return to Design Review when colors are <br /> considered, but he said he is sure they will be the standard Mashpee Commons <br /> color scheme. <br /> CONCLUSION <br /> Motion: Joseph Cummings motioned to accept the Solar Panels as presented; <br /> Jonathan Furbush seconded the motion; and the motion was approved by <br /> Design Review. <br /> 44 steeple street <br /> Mashpee Commons Limited Partnership <br /> Requests the installation of an 18-hole Miniature <br /> Golf Course as a temporary use. <br /> Representative —Thomas Feronti <br /> John Connell referred to the Site Plan and said the temporary golf course would <br /> be located at the site between Emerald Physicians Building and the Library. <br /> * Equipment for the system is pre-packaged. <br /> 0 Mashpee Commons would install. ,John Rent said the golf course would <br /> only be there for about 6 months probably April-December, but as soon <br /> as it snows it will be removed. <br /> ,John Rent said the coarse looks similar to the one at Popponesset <br /> Marketplace railroad ties along the side and then just mulched so not <br /> landscaped. <br /> * ,John Rent said using retail parking as a guide} they would require 20 <br /> p � <br /> arkin spaces for this use and they will be using spaces along Steeple <br /> Street, as well as the lot near Emerald Physicians. <br /> * 8X8 storage shed would have'ust one person to sell tickets; and the shed <br /> would be taken away in the fall. <br />
