The new plans also show a membrane along the side property line to protect the abutting septic system
from any impact.
Brian Baumgaertel expressed his concern about the driveway and the potential for parking on top of the
leaching field. Mr. Baumgaertel would like,the driveway to end before the distribution box.
Matt Tavares of BSS Design introduced himself to the Board. Mr. Tavares stated that a railroad tie or similar
item will be used at the end of the driveway to prevent cars from driving over the septic system. Mr. Harrington
commented that the leaching chambers are rated H- o and will be about one foot to one and one half feet
below grade, which should be enough protection.
Glen Harrington remarked that since the lot is small the septic system will be installed in sections by beginning
in the back yard. Martial inspections will be required, and the engineer should be ori-site to certify the
installation of the system. certain areas will need to be backfilled and inspected before continuing onto the
next section.
Brian Baurngaertel made a motion that the Board of Health approve the variances for 36 Wilsons Grove with
the following conditions;
1.
