486 Special Town Meeting -2- May 5, 1980 Article 5 continued ACTION: Motion made and seconded to transfer the sum of $1,431.75 from the Old Barnstable Road Construction Account. Motion carried. ARTICLE 6. To see if the Town will vote to amend the Personnel Administration Plan by adding to the Salary Classification Schedule, Appendix "A" the position of secretary to the Personnel Board, or take any other action thereon. ACTION: Moved and seconded to amend Article 6 as written. Motion carried. ARTICLE 7. To see if the Town will vote to transfer from avail- able funds the sum of $1,524.18 to be applied to the Personnel Board Wage Account, or take any other action thereon. ACTION: Moved and seconded to -transfer from the Snow and Ice Account the sum of $221.90 to be applied to the Personnel Board. Wages Account. Motion carried. ARTICLE 8. To see if the Town will vote to transfer from avail- able funds the sum of $725 to be applied to the Lifeguards and Attendants Account, or take any other action thereon. ACTION: Moved and seconded to transfer from the Snow and Ice Account the sum of $725.00 to be applied to the Lifeguards and Attendants Account. Motion carried. ARTICLE 9. To see if the Town will vote to accept Chapter 44, Section 53D of the Massachusetts General Laws, as amended from time to time, to establish a Revolving Account for the Recreation Department, or take any other action thereon. ACTION: Moved and seconded that Article 9 be accepted as read. Motion carried. ARTICLE 10. To see if the Town will vote to transfer from avail- able funds the sum of $2,500 to be applied to the Recreation Ex- pense Account for the purpose of renovating the present softball/ baseball field and to add two soccer fields, or take any other action thereon. ACTION: Moved and seconded to transfer from Highway Snow and Ice Account $2,500 to be applied to the Recreation Expense Account for the purpose of renovating the present softball/baseball field and to add two soccer fields. Motion carried. ARTICLE 11. To see if the Town will vote to transfer from avail- able funds the sum of $800.00 to be applied to the Harbormaster's Expense Account for the purpose of purchasing additional signs for the Mashpee/Wakeby Pond, or take any other action thereon. ACTION: Moved and seconded to transfer from the Snow and Ice Account the sum of $400. Motion carried. ARTICLE 12. To see if the Town will vote to transfer from avail- able funds a sum of money to be applied to the Blue Cross/Blue Shield Account for the balance of the fiscal year ending June 30, 1980, or take any other action thereon. ACTION: Moved and seconded to transfer from the Snow and Ice Account the sum of $3,500. Motion carried.
