In addition to <br /> added signage announcing the closure,the information would be printed in the local newspaper. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Sherman to approve the Quinaquisset Avenue Road Closure/Detour <br /> from Monday,April 17,2017 through Friday,April 21,2017 as referenced. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cotton. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Selectman Gottlieb,yes Selectman Cahalane,yes Selectman O'Hara,yes <br /> Selectman Cotton,yes Selectman Sherman,yes Opposed,none <br /> Discussion of pMposed FY 2018 Transfer Station Permit Fees: <br /> Following the direction of the Board of Selectmen in working towards self-sufficiency, a subcommittee <br /> comprised of Selectman O'Hara,DPW Director Catherine Laurent and Wayne Taylor,the Assistant <br /> Town Manager reviewed permit fees associated to the use of the Transfer Station. Input related to the <br /> fee structure was also obtained from the Solid Waste Committee. <br /> A revised fee schedule for the fiscal year 2018 budget was presented to the Board for review. It was <br /> noted the Town of Mashpee fees as proposed for the Transfer Station are reasonable, and many costs are <br /> below the rates of comparable towns. No capital costs are included in this assumption. <br /> I't Household Permit: $140 <br /> Recycling Permit: $ 25 <br /> 2"Permit: $ 20 <br /> Single Trip: $ 15 <br /> Tax Subsidy: 12% <br /> Antifreeze: $1.50 per gallon <br /> Mattresses: $12 <br /> Tires: $ 2-$15 each <br /> CRT's: $10-$50 each <br /> Refrigerators/AC's $10 <br /> Propane Tanks: $2<20 lb- $10>20 lb <br /> Furniture: $2 wood chair/small table $5 large wood table/dresser, etc. <br /> $5 upholstered chair $10 couch $15 couch w/pullout bed <br /> All other items such as rechargeable batteries, fluorescent light bulbs, books,textiles,car batteries, <br /> waste oil (gallons), and oil filters(drums)have no Transfer Station gate fees. <br />
