Page S <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> November 4, 1995 <br /> PUL..�1Vfl11 ENZ <br /> Kathy Lynch informed the Board that a three page petition was <br /> submitted by High School students requesting the completion of <br /> the new school facility, <br /> In response, Selectman Costa indicated that the Executive Secretary <br /> has drafted a memo to the Stone Building Company with respect to <br /> this concern. At this time,the Board is following all procedures <br /> towards the completion of the new Mashpee High School, and will <br /> comprise the School Committee when the latest information is received <br /> informed Selectman Costa. <br /> In other business,Maureen Paxton asked the Board if they will schedule <br /> as an agenda item, the recent fatality at Zachary's. It was noted that the <br /> Board has not received a full report of the incident to make comment <br /> at this time. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Performance Evaluation for Approval -Fire Chief.- <br /> Motion <br /> hief:Motion made by Selectman Marsters to approve the <br /> Performance Evaluation of Fire Chief George Baker <br /> as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Frye. <br /> TE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Selectman Caffyn related concern with respect tot he use of the new <br /> Performance Appraisal System Evaluation Form as presented for the <br /> above employee performance evaluation. <br /> Mr.whritenour indicated that the new performance evaluation form <br /> was adopted by the Massachusetts Municipal Association, and is an <br /> improvement over the past evaluation system. <br /> *Selectman Caffyn requested the Board schedule the review of the form <br /> as an agenda topic for additional review and approval. <br />
