Board recommends Mr, <br /> Collins write letters to Mr, Umina and Mr. Sherman that they .have to comply <br /> to regulations or the signs must come down, Also a letter to Mr. Lacarva <br /> informing him that the signs are against the Town zoning and State Building <br /> code, Sel , Garland feels he is going to try and get a state permit. He said they cannot operate <br /> with just one sign. Chm, Thomas said that Mr. Sharpe <br /> has good moral character. She also said they have two choices ; one , <br /> health liability or, two, readvertise. Board feels that because of <br /> heart problem the Personnel Board should readvertise , Executive <br /> Secretary to contact Mr . David Sharpe and set up an appointment to have <br /> him come in and tell him in person. <br /> 6-4. ) Board discussed Ancient ways , Executive Secretary suggested a by- <br /> law , Only removed if it is beneficial to everyone. Sel. Garland <br /> said it would be a big expense because you would have to have a <br /> layout and delineate , Executive Secretary would like to have backgrouni <br /> on this so that he can try to tract it down. He also explained <br /> that the adjustment and the cleaning of the two boilers has to be done <br /> before we have a fire at the Town Hall , Board approved both these <br /> repairs as emergencies . <br /> 8-6 . ) On the policy statement, Sel .
