MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> APRIL 10,2019 <br /> Mr. Furbush asked Mr. Bright if he had a revised plot plan with the dry wells depicted on <br /> the plan. Mr. Bright said he spoke with Landers-Cauley who will revise the plan. Mr. <br /> Furbush wants Mr. Bright to provide the Board with a new plan as soon as possible. <br /> Mr. Blaisdell said that the approval will not be submitted until they receive a revised site <br /> plan. <br /> Mr. Mendoza wanted confirmation from the Board that Mr. Bright will need to submit the <br /> plan to him at the Building Department, and will inform the Board when received for their <br /> signature. Two copies will be required. <br /> Kathleen MacRoberts, a direct abutter wanted to know which side the garage was being <br /> built.The Board pointed out that the structure will be on the right side of the existing house. <br /> There were no more comments from.the Board or audience. <br /> Mr. Goldstein made a motion to approve 24 Papnomett Road to Owners, Donald R. and <br /> Lisandra Morin request for a Written Finding under§174-17 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow <br /> for construction of an attached two car garage with living space above on property located <br /> in an R-3 Zoning District,Map 61 Parcel 45,Mashpee,MA,with the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written <br /> Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2. Site Plan: Geoff Bright, 24 Papnomett Road,Mashpee,MA, Scale: 1"=40',Date: <br /> 03/08/2019, Provided by: Warwick & Associates, Plan Revisions: 3/8/19, ZBA <br /> Format,by: DPH,Drawn by: GSL,Date: 01/17/2019, Sheet 1 of 2, Signed by: Gary <br /> S. Conditioned that a site plan be supplied to the Building Department showing all <br /> drywells noted on the plan which also has to be approved by the DPW that all storm <br /> water runoff all storm water runoff from the existing dwelling and proposed <br /> addition be contained onsite (installation of drywells for roof runoff), and that <br /> during construction,the existing catch basin in the road in front of the property be <br /> protected with filter fabric to prevent sediment from entering it. <br /> 5. Conditioned that the approval of the Inspection Department that no kitchen sink, <br /> wet bar, refrigerator, cooking device(s) of any type be permitted in this proposed <br /> living space without first coming back to the ZBA. <br /> 6.
