*DRAFT 4-22-19 Board of Selectmen MINUTES* 4 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> April 22, 2019 <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Discussion and Aoproval of Board of Selectmen Meeting Schedule Jul --December, 2019. <br /> ..................................... <br /> The Board of Selectmen reviewed the proposed Board of Selectmen Meeting dates from July 2019 <br /> through December, 2019 as outlined in a memorandum dated April 18, 2419 from Terrie Cook, <br /> Administrative Assistant. With the exception of the October Town Meeting, all meetings are scheduled to <br /> be held in the Waquoit Meeting Room of the Mashpee Town Hall. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cotton to approve the Board of Selectmen Meeting Schedule from July <br /> through December 2019 as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Selectman Sherman,yes Selectman Cahalane,yes <br /> Selectman O'Hara,yes Selectman Cotton,yes opposed, none <br /> Discussion and Approval of Aointment to the ZoningBoard of Appeals as an Associate Member Term <br /> Expires June 30, 2021 : George Ganzenmuller: <br /> The Board of Selectmen interviewed George Ganzenmuller to discuss his interest in serving as an <br /> Associate Member to the Zoning Board of Appeals. Mr. Ganzenmuller indicated he has lived in Mashpee <br /> full time since 2013 and desires to give back to the Mashpee community offering experience and <br /> judgement to assist the zoning Board of Appeals. <br /> Prior to living in Mashpee Mr. Ganzenmuller resided in the Town of Holliston and was involved in <br /> several community activities. He served as a member of the school committee and assisted in their <br /> superintendent search committee, Work experience involves management and leadership skills as well as <br /> client relationship management, sales and marketing. <br /> The zoning Board of Appeals voted at their April 10, 2019 meeting to recommend this appointment. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to appoint George Ganzenmuller as an Associate Member of <br /> the Zoning Board of Appeals with a term to expire June 30, 2021. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Selectman Sherman,yes Selectman Cahalane,yes <br /> Selectman O'Hara,yes Selectman Cotton,yes Opposed, none <br /> 4 <br />
