He <br /> noted the property has been staked. The Agent reviewed the outline of the fencing where it runs along <br /> the property line. The ARC will be reviewing the standards for the fence. The neighbor sent some <br /> comments and said the proposal doesn't include any details to height materials. He has spoken with <br /> Mr. Knight's engineering consultant and was assured Mr. Knight will require a permit from ARC. He <br /> expressed his support with the above. The Agent said we do want to see the delineation of the fence <br /> so we can see where the fence is going before it gets installed. RDA <br /> Resource Area: Land Under Ocean, LSCSF, Land Containing Shellfish, buffer zone to salt <br /> marsh <br /> Mr. Goulet, homeowner, explained he is proposing to replace an existing 8 x 24 float and an existing <br /> float with new flats constructed of composite decking with encapsulated flotation units or existing piles <br /> within Great River at 216 Monomoscoy Road. <br /> The Agent highlighted the parcel on the photos. He said there is no change in the float's footprint. He <br /> noted the exposed Styrofoam and said that will be replaced and encapsulated. The harbormaster and <br /> the shellfish warden are in favor of the project. <br />
