No comment from the public <br /> Motion: Mr. Sweet moved a Negative Determination contingent on Board of <br /> Health approval, seconded by Mr. Dalton. Vote unanimous <br /> 6:18 Timothy Rassias (Applicant) 105 Whippoorwill Circle. Proposed renovation <br /> of existing pier access stairs and partial house and foundation reconstruction. <br /> (Owner of record: Miriam N. & Richard A. Coffman, Trustees). NOI <br /> Resource Area: LSCSF, buffer zone to coastal bank, Salt Marsh, Bordering <br /> Vegetated Wetland, Land Under Ocean and Land Containing Shellfish <br /> Tom Bunker, BSS Design, represented the applicant. He described the project and <br /> stated the buyer is proposing to do some renovations to the house on the inland side <br /> because there is no proper foundation underneath it. He reviewed the project on the <br /> plan and said there is no native vegetation that will be disturbed. There will be no <br /> increase in footprint or impervious surface. The other part of the project is to cut in a <br /> hole in the seawall and lower it and build up masonry steps so they will be less steep to <br /> the pier. <br /> The Agent reviewed photos of the site and said there is no change in footprint so no <br /> change in the runoff. <br /> No comment from the public <br /> Motion: Mr. Sweet moved to Close and Issue, seconded by Mr. Dalton. Vote <br /> unanimous 4-0 <br /> ADDITIONAL TOPICS. <br /> (This space is reserved for topics that the Chairman did not reasonably anticipate <br /> would be discussed). <br /> Discussion: Performance of coastal bank stabilization project on Coastline Drive <br /> The Agent gave an update on the performance of coastal bank stabilization project on <br /> Coastline Drive. He reviewed the project on the photos of the site and stated there has <br /> been quarterly monitoring reports submitted by BSC Group for this project as well as <br /> information on beach profiles which is a very dynamic area. The project has been <br /> behaving as it should with nourishment and right now there is a sandy beach out front. <br /> The project manager and Matt Creighton from BSC Group were present and discussed <br /> a letter from the BSC Group which was a summary of their meeting and what was <br /> discussed. The project manager said moving forward there will be more communication <br /> and when they nourish the beach, they will give notice. He said all seems to be <br />
