Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> June 3, 2019 <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Discussion and Approval of Agreement: Mashpee Community Media Center, Inc. (MTV <br /> The Board of Selectmen reviewed the Agreement between the Town of Mashpee and Mashpee Community <br /> Media Center, Inc. also known as the Access Corporation or Mashpee TV relative to the production and <br /> cablecasting of Public, Education and Government Access programming in the Town of Mashpee. <br /> There are not changes to the previous agreement. Representatives of Mashpee TV are addressing issues, <br /> including audio that are expected to be rectified for consistency. <br /> Motion made by Selectman O'Hara to approve and execute the Agreement between the Town of <br /> Mashpee and Mashpee Community Media Center, Inc. as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Sherman. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> Roll Call vote: <br /> Selectman Gottlieb,yes Selectman O'Hara,yes Selectman Sherman,yes <br /> Opposed, none <br /> Discussion and Approval of Request to ask Mashpee School District Officials for their Input on Pending State <br /> School Funding Bills: <br /> A brief discussion following regarding pending State School Funding Bills. It was agreed the Board of <br /> Selectmen would request the Mashpee School Committee provide input regarding the most favorable bills for <br /> the Town of Mashpee Schools. <br /> Review, Discussion and Approval of Annual Boards and Committees Reappointment List: <br /> The Board of Selectmen conducted review of the Master Board and Committee Reappointment List. <br /> The renewal information has been reviewed for accuracy. <br /> It was disclosed that reappointments generally require a recommendation from the respective board or <br /> committee. There was a question regarding a Community Preservation Committee member and of the <br /> Shellfish Commission structure. Town Manager Rodney C. Collins indicated he would address this matter and <br /> report to the Board of Selectmen on June 17, 2019. <br /> Discussion of 2019-2020 Board of Selectmen Liaison Assignments: <br /> For informational purposes, the Board of Selectmen Liaison Assignments List was reviewed. The assignments <br /> are currently status quo. If there is interest in amending the delegation please advise the Chairman. The list <br /> will be further reviewed at the June 17, 2019 meeting. <br /> 9 <br />
