If there is traffic congestion, it will require a Police Detail, <br /> and will be determined by the Chief of Police. He had no more comments. <br /> Raul asked Catherine if he could meet to discuss a traffic light. She agreed. <br /> Tom Rullo, Fire Chief had the following concerns; <br /> • Relocation of the Knox Box in the front entrance. <br /> • Control Construction Documents as soon as possible. <br /> • A certified Fire Protection Engineer will be reviewing the property. <br /> • Turning radius for the tower truck needs to be checked. <br /> The Chief had no more comments. <br /> Motion: <br /> Glen moved to approve the application with the following conditions; <br /> • The handicapped parking spaces are reviewed to relocate at closer <br /> locations to the entrance. <br /> • Fire Department requests controlled construction documents. <br /> • Relocating the Knox Box. <br /> • DPW comments for pavement markings, and signage to assist with traffic <br /> flow. <br /> Scott Carline seconded. (footprint area). Proposed signage on the building as shown on architectural <br /> elevation plans. (Special Permit from ZBA). <br /> Matt Costa represented the applicant for the commercial building project. The <br /> property is located on Rte. 28 across from Wicked Pizza. The parking will be in the <br /> rear, the site is located on 9 Shellback Way and will be accessed on Shellback <br /> Way. There will be a right turn only into the site and an exit right turn only onto Rte. <br /> 28. Mass Highway will be involved with the curb cut. The building use will be retail. <br /> The landscaping vision is to create a corridor that mirrors the same as on the other <br /> side of the street.The Design Review committee preferred keeping the natural look <br /> and low impact. Matt said he prefers the same look as the other side of the street. <br /> 4 <br />
