Sign Expense Warrants. Board members signed the expense warrants. <br /> 3. Request for new Mobile Food Vendor Permit,Cape Cod Hot Dogs. Mr. Harrington commented that <br /> a new Mobile Food Vendor permit is being requested. The ServSafe and Allergen Awareness <br /> Certificates have been provided. The fee was paid and the inspection was performed with no issues <br /> documented. The menu and state-issued Hawkers Peddlers License have been requested. <br /> There being no further comments or discussion, Laurel Almquist moved to approve the request for a <br /> new Mobile Food Vendor Permit for Cape Cod Hot Dogs, at 10 Echo Road, on the condition that the <br /> menu, state-issued Hawkers and Peddlers License, and bathroom availability be provided prior to <br /> issuance of the permit. Motion seconded by Brian Baumgaertel. VOTE: Unanimous (2-0). <br /> 4. Request for new Mobile Food Vendor Permit,Native Times Coffee, Mr. Harrington commented that <br /> a new Mobile Food Vendor Permit is being requested. The ServSafe and Allergen Awareness <br /> Certificates,state Hawkers& Peddlers License,and propane and extinguisher inspections have been <br /> provided. The fee was paid and the inspection was performed with no issues documented. A copy <br /> of the menu was requested but not yet provided. The reported menu consists of fish and chips,with <br /> peach cobbler and coffee. The trailer unit is brand new with a fryolator with hood and Ansul System. <br /> The menu is small at this point, but will be expanded. The fee was paid and the inspection was <br /> performed with no issues documented. A copy of the menu was requested but has not yet been <br /> provided. <br /> There being no further comments or discussion, Laurel Almquist moved to approve the Residential <br /> Kitchen Permit for Christine's Kitchen, at 34 Shipwreck Drive, with the condition that the menu be <br /> provided priorto issuance of the permit. Mr. Harrington commented that a <br /> one-time,annual fee is being requested.The applicant's set-up does not meet the requirements of a <br /> mobile food unit,but they would like to serve food at Naukabout Brewery and other events in Town. <br /> The applicant has the ServSafe Certified Food Manager Training and Allergen. Awareness <br /> Certifications,as well as a Town of Sandwich issued Mobile Food Permit. They will be offering pulled <br /> pork sandwiches and french fries. <br /> 4 <br />
