HEARINGS <br /> 6:00 The Stopped Bus, LLC, 161 Old Barnstable Road. Proposed single-family dwelling, <br /> garage, septic system restoration/replication of resource area. Continued from 11/12018. <br /> Applicant requests additional continuance to 6/13/2019. NOI <br /> The Agent stated the reason is they have to do a Wildlife Habitat Evaluation on this and it is a <br /> requirement of our bylaw to submit this information. <br /> Motion: Mr. Sweet moved to continue the hearing to June 13 at 6:03 p.m., seconded by <br /> Mr. Smith. Vote unanimous 5-0 <br /> 6:03 Roman & Nina Rozman, 116 Fells Pond Road. Proposed replacement of existing <br /> dock with installation of seasonal dock. RDA <br /> Resource Area: LSCSF, Coastal Bank, Land Under Water Bodies and Waterways (Fells <br /> Pond) <br /> Mr. Roman Rozman, homeowner, was present. He stated he is proposing the replacement of <br /> the existing dock which is completely unusable with a seasonal dock. The Agent showed the <br /> GIS plan of the area which abuts Fells Pond which is a private pond. He also showed some <br /> pictures of the stairway leading to the pond and the current dock. <br /> No comment from the public <br /> Motion: Mr. Smith moved a Negative Determination, seconded by Mr. Sweet. Vote 5-0 <br /> 6:06 Robert S. Lappin, 31 Wheelhouse Lane. Proposed septic system upgrade. <br /> Resource Area: LSCSF, Salt Marsh, Coastal Bank <br /> Tim Santos, Holmes & McGrath, represented the applicant. He stated the proposal is to upgrade <br /> the existing failed septic system and have reviewed the project with the Agent. Mr. Santos noted <br /> the project does not have to go before the Board of Health because it meets all the required <br /> setbacks. They will be filing for their permit with the Board of Health and they have talked to <br /> them and have reviewed the plans. Mr. Santos stated the system cannot go in without their <br /> permit and it will be Title 5 compliant. There was a discussion on the removal of the tree and <br /> the Agent stated there may need to be revegetation and this can be discussed with the <br /> homeowner. <br /> No comment from the public <br /> Motion: Mr. Sweet moved a Negative Determination, seconded by Mr. Smith. Vote 5-0 <br /> unanimous <br /> 6:09 Mary E. Zocchi, Trustee, 9 Ockway Bay Road. Request Extension of Order of <br /> Conditions 43-2699 Ext <br />
