Board of Selectmen Minutes June 17, 2019 APPOINTMENTS & HEARINGS Public Hearing continued from June 3 2019 - Request for Modification of Entertainment License: Naukabout Beer Company, LLC: Peter Murner: (continued) Town Manager Rodney C. Collins indicated his conversations with Mr. Murner were very amicable. It is his recommendation to give Mr. Murner a fair chance to move forward with the outdoor entertainment on a trial basis. After a one month review, the Town would review any complaints or identifiable problems. Town Manager Collins stated that Peter Murner is respectful of the Mashpee community and of his neighbors, if there are concerns they will be addressed. In process, a complaint is initially addressed by the Police Department and/or deferred to the Town Manager and then to the Board of Selectmen. The dates of the outdoor entertainment license were modified from May 1St to September 30tt', and from October 1St to April 30t". All stipulated conditions would be listed on the Entertainment License. Being no further comment, the Board motioned to close the Public Hearing. Motion made by Selectman Sherman to close the Public Hearing. Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara. VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. Roll Call Vote: Selectman Gottlieb,yes Selectman Cotton,yes Selectman O'Hara,yes Selectman Sherman,yes Opposed, none Motion made by Selectman O'Hara to approve the modification of the Entertainment License of Naukabout Beer Company LLC d/b/a Naukabout Beer Company LLC; outdoor entertainment restricted to acoustic music with no live amplified music, mike only and no disc jockeys; May 1St—September 30t" 12:00 p.m. noon to 5:00 p.m., October 1St to April 30t" 12:00 p.m. noon to 6:00 p.m. Motion made by Selectman Sherman.
