Assistant who did an excellent job in revising the Council on Aging section of the Town's web page. The Director noted her goals is to work with the Volunteer and Program Support Coordinator on the annual recognition event to be held on June 13, 2019 at Willowbend and continue monitoring the FY 2019 formula grant. Motion: Marijo Gorney moved to accept the Director's Report, seconded by Norah McCormick. Vote unanimous 4-0 Treasurer's Report The Director distributed the Treasurer's Report for the month of April and reviewed the operating numbers with the members. Motion: Marijo Gorney moved to accept the Treasurer's Report, seconded by Norah McCormick. Vote unanimous 4-0 Outreach Coordinator's Report In the absence of Lauren Haddad, the Director distributed the Outreach Coordinator's Report and she said the Outreach Coordinator provided assistance to seniors who needed help with transportation, financial resources, homecare services and other resources. The report noted the Brown Bag Program is held on the first Friday of every month. The report listed the meetings she attended and stated she continues to meet with the Victim Advocate/Special Police Officer from the Mashpee Police Department. Motion: Norah McCormick moved to accept the Outreach Coordinator Report, seconded by Marijo Gorney. Vote unanimous 4-0 Volunteer and Program Support Coordinator's Report The Director distributed the Volunteer and Program Support Coordinator for the month of April. The Volunteer and Program Support Coordinator met with volunteers and supported several special events. She is also working with the Director on the volunteer recognition event along with the Mashpee Library. Her goals include scheduling a meeting of the front desk volunteers. Event.
