MINUTES March 26, 1992 3 HOARD of HEALTH <br /> Mr. costa recommended Mr, Shastany return the residen- <br /> tial stickers to the hoard and Health office at which time a <br /> new sticker will be issued for the commercial. vehicle. <br /> Mr. Shastany agreed to return the two stickers and ob- <br /> tain a new one for one of the commercial vehicles. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Robert Raymond 41 Lakeview Drive <br /> Mr. Robert Raymond representing the engineering firm of <br /> ARO Engineering was in attendance for this scheduled appoint- <br /> ment. <br /> Mr, Greelish informed Mr. Raymond this Board is con- <br /> cerned with the depth of the leaching facility. <br /> Mr. Raymond responded the system must be installed at <br /> that depth due to breakout,, <br /> are delineated on top f <br /> the proposed leaching pit. " "A representative of ACME <br /> Precast was of the opinion problems would not arise from <br /> stacking the risers however, was concerned with an overburden <br /> on the unit. "It was agreed we would take solid, regular <br /> sized units and stack them -on top of each other, " "The load <br /> would be transferred to the perimeter of the units, lessening <br /> any strain on them.
