"The license application' does indicate the seating capacity for the res- taurant will not exceed 265 patrons. " Mr, Greelish questioned Mr. McQuaid whether there is Confirmation as to their intent of using the portable toilets for large events. Mr. McQuaid responded, he has received oral confirmation and expects written confirmation in a few days. APPOINTMENT: Michael McGrath ll Bowsprit Point Road (contfd from May l , 1992 meeting Mr. Michael McGrath and Ms, Gail Robinson, (owner) , were in attendance for this scheduled appointment. Mr, McGrath informed the Board he is present this evening to request variances from state and local regula- tions, as well as, permission to install a innovative sewage F disposal system, ( "Ruck" ) .. Mr. Doherty questioned the Board as to whether piping for ventilation is forced or natural convection. Mr, McGrath responded, natural convection has worked successfully in other locations. Mr, Doherty questioned whether the ph has any known ef- fect on environmentally sensitive areas. Mr, McGrath stated, in his opinion there would be noth- ing that is detectable. Mr, Doherty questioned whether a cumulative effect would have any adverse effects on groundwater or surface waters. Mr. McGrath responded, he is unsure. Mr. Ball questioned whether the owner would' be held li- able for cave-in on the road. Nor. McGrath responded, Bowsprit Road is a private road therefore, the owner -owns to the center -of the road.. .
