"The license <br /> application' does indicate the seating capacity for the res- <br /> taurant will not exceed 265 patrons. " <br /> Mr, Greelish questioned Mr. McQuaid whether there is <br /> Confirmation as to their intent of using the portable toilets <br /> for large events. <br /> Mr. McQuaid responded, he has received oral confirmation <br /> and expects written confirmation in a few days. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Michael McGrath ll Bowsprit Point Road <br /> (contfd from May l , 1992 meeting <br /> Mr. Michael McGrath and Ms, Gail Robinson, (owner) , were <br /> in attendance for this scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr, McGrath informed the Board he is present this <br /> evening to request variances from state and local regula- <br /> tions, as well as, permission to install a innovative sewage <br /> F <br /> disposal system, ( "Ruck" ) .. <br /> Mr. Doherty questioned the Board as to whether piping <br /> for ventilation is forced or natural convection. <br /> Mr, McGrath responded, natural convection has worked <br /> successfully in other locations. <br /> Mr, Doherty questioned whether the ph has any known ef- <br /> fect on environmentally sensitive areas. <br /> Mr, McGrath stated, in his opinion there would be noth- <br /> ing that is detectable. <br /> Mr, Doherty questioned whether a cumulative effect would <br /> have any adverse effects on groundwater or surface waters. <br /> Mr. McGrath responded, he is unsure. <br /> Mr. Ball questioned whether the owner would' be held li- <br /> able for cave-in on the road. <br /> Nor. McGrath responded, Bowsprit Road is a private road <br /> therefore, the owner -owns to the center -of the road.. <br /> . <br />
