"This office has received two sworn affidavits from <br /> witnesses stating the debris is coming from Mr. Dunphy' com- <br /> pany through, the foreman. " <br /> fir. Dunphy reiterated his earlier comments stating he <br /> will remove the debris within 10 days. <br /> Mr, Greelish recommended Mr. Dunphy submit a letter to <br /> this Board stating all debris will be removed by July 5, <br /> 1992 . <br /> Board members agreed. <br /> Upon motioned duly made by Mr, Greelish and seconded by <br /> Mr. Doherty voted unanimously to order Mr,,T Robert Dunphy ph to <br /> remove the illegally dumped construction debris on or by the <br /> ancient way located at the rear of the subdivision ]mown a <br /> "Spring hill Test" and to remove all construction debris lo- <br /> cated next to #37 Windsor Way by July 5, 1992, failure to <br /> comply with the order by said date will result in a $300 , 00 <br /> per day fine for each day of noncompliance. <br /> . Board, members discussed the, matter a 4 <br /> and the consensus was factorable for placement ,of the well on <br /> the adjacent property however, a legal affidavit filed with <br /> the Registry of ]deeds will be required.
